I kinda like how this came out. At least, I like it more than any of my other coloring attempts.
I was reading a really good comic called Hack/Slash, when I realized.... I'm tired of all of these action movie/comic book goth girls looking the same. Has NO ONE learned their lesson from South Park?
She's gonna be fun.
And- surprise! The other half of her haed is clean shaven. You just can't see it from this view
Name one gothic girl being the main character on a comic.
Don't know what issue of Hak/Slash you saw but there's more into Cassie that just a plain old gothic girl doing and looking the same way. You should try to check their first issue or the ongoing series to look back at her past.
Anyway i like this pic, especially the alien monster like creature(if it is an alien of course) also dig the colors.
Don't get me wrong. I LOVE Cassie, and I enjoy Hack/Slash IMMENSELY... but...
She pretty much looks JUST like the chick from Aeon Flux and the chick from UnderWorld.
And her story is awesome and spooky and creative, but it's not that 'different'... I mean, she was alienated from the other kids, her mom was a psycho (granted, it was out of love for her daughter), and she ended up with that joy-less personality that a lot of anti-heroines have.
At any rate, thanks a lot for the comment, and I'm really glad to have found another Hack/Slash fan!
*PS I'm so arrogant that I thinik anything I can come up with is going to be better than Hack/Slash hehheh. Just so ya know

I really like life, what I deslike is the people.
AMAZING comic. It would be fun if we both worked on a comic like that!
Especially since I'm trying to learn that style which is why I haven't been posting that much art lately... > >; I really like Cassie.
Love this character reminds me of some good time we had with Cyber-Punk RPGs
